Please first notify me by email at carol@carolcollette.com if you wish to return or exchange your order. I will give you specific instructions on returning the item. See below for the return policy for specific products.
Giclee Prints - (including canvas, metal, and wood prints) - These are custom printed and possibly custom matted and framed. Therefore I can only offer a refund if there is a defect in the product. Please notify me at carol@carolcollette.com if you are requesting a refund for one of these products.
Originals - If you are not satisfied with an original, you may return the item within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please notify me at carol@carolcollette.com if you are requesting a refund to begin the process.
