Spring in New England, however is just as beautiful and enjoyable and presents one with an equally sensational environment. The blooming flowers, such as the violets and forsythia seen here, with their accompanying sweet and sundry bouquets, are a delight to the senses and symbolize nature's reemergence after the harsh winter weather. Spring also heralds the return of a great variety of migrating birds and their melodic chirps fill the air. The tranquility of this place with the weathered barn, and the rabbit sitting by the large old beech tree made this scene a pleasure to depict. |
